One last push : . Since appearing on Dragons' Den we have been totally preoccupied with working out how to manufacture the Eggxactly heating elements. They are unique in that they are soft and can stretch to allow different sized eggs to be cooked. A whole year was spent trying to find a manufacturer, without success. Two years later we have developed a special computer controlled machine to produce elements cost effectively. It positions 2 metres of wire the thickness of a human hair in a precise pattern that can be moulded into a half egg shaped element. It has to be able to produce one element every 30 seconds.
The machine is now all but complete and we'll start production soon here in the UK. You can still reserve yours.
